Bolton Town Centre Chaplains are people from the faith comunities in Bolton and the surrounding area who have a heart for Town Centre ministry. Chaplains are drawn from across the different Christian denominations and also work closely with leaders of other faiths through Bolton Interfaith Council, Bolton Council of Mosques and Bolton Hindu Forum. There are currently five Associate Chaplains who each come into a different part of the Town Centre during the week to build relationships with retail and commercial businesses. In addition, there is a Co-ordinating Chaplain who spends most of the week at work in the Town Centre, either working from the office in Bold Street, or out and about in the Town Centre. The Co-ordinating Chaplain is usually the first point of contact for enquiries about Chaplaincy services. |
![]() The co-ordinating chaplain is a Church of England minister, the Reverend Les. Allmark. Les. can be contacted by phone or text message to his mobile number: 07789 835230. If he is not immediately available, please leave a message and he will call you back. The office address and phone number are on the Contacts page of this website. |
